Hvalsafari og naturoplevelse med Sabine

Oplev naturen og de små hvaler ombord på MS Sabine som sejler ud fra Nyhavn 2 i Middelfart.

The tour starts in Nyhavn 2 at Havnegade 4 in Middelfart. You get on board right next to KulturØen, where Sabine is docked right next to the bridge that goes down from the motorhome site.

Along the way, you get very close to the guinea pig, one of the world's smallest whales, when the captain's crew tells about them and their life in the Little Belt. Regardless of the season, there are always around 3.000 guinea pigs in the Little Belt - so there is definitely a whale guarantee every time we sail.

MS Sabine has plenty of space so that you can also enjoy the Lillebælt from a heated cabin, and therefore we get a pleasant trip regardless of the weather. You can also park in a covered car park 200 meters from the boat.

From oil bunker boat to modern tour boat
MS Sabine was built at Esbjerg shipyard in 1959 as No. 3 out of 4 identical bunker boats, ordered by the oil company Gulf. 

From 1999 until 2018, she has sailed under the name Langli, as a pleasure craft, b.la. up along the Swedish coast, down through Germany, and into the North Sea. In 2018, she will again be registered as a commercial vessel, approved as a tour boat with up to 12 passengers under the name MS Sabine.

Today, MS Sabine is modernly equipped with VHF, chart plotter, Radar, autopilot, AIS, digital chart, etc. The boat has plenty of seating inside, as well as a well-functioning kitchen and toilet. There is ample deck space outside for fishing, or sitting and enjoying the weather and nature. The boat is heated with oil burner.
