As a general rule, a customer is free to cancel an event up to 60 days before the scheduled start date at no cost. However, there is a 90-day cancellation period for events that occupy more than 50% of the hotel and / or conference center's capacity. A fee corresponding to 25% of the booked event is paid here.
In case of cancellation, less than 60 days but more than 30 days before the planned start date, a fee corresponding to 40% of the booked event will be paid. If canceled less than 30 days before the scheduled start date, a fee of 75% of the booked event will be charged.
Cancellation, which must always be made in writing, means cancellation, reduction, shortening, relocation and similar significant changes in relation to the confirmation. However, cancellation / reduction of up to 10% of the number of participants stated in the confirmation can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time of the event. Cancellation fee / compensation lapses to the extent that the capacity in question is sold to another party.
