In Strib Swimming and Exercise Center, we offer play and exercise for everyone regardless of age.

Swimming pool
Children and childish souls can play for hours in the swimming pool. Fight on the big water octopus, play diving games, swim a ride on our beach animals, build with big Lego blocks and much more. Limited only by imagination.

In the swimming pool you can also take a fresh swim in the large pool, which is 25 meters long. Here you can also practice jumping on our 1 meter and 3 meter seesaw. The large pool has a depth of 1,2 m to 4 m. In our small hot water pool, which is a training pool with a depth of 70 cm and a water temperature of 32 degrees, families with young children can, among other things. swim and play with their little babies and children. For this purpose, we offer baby swimming with instructor every Monday and Tuesday. We also offer a sauna for relaxation - perfect after a good workout in the water.     

If you do NOT want to sign up for our gym which gives free access to the swimming pool, it is possible to buy day tickets, day tickets with family discount, cut card with 10 or 25 cuts, swim card of 6 months duration, personal swimming lessons or participate in baby swimming for cash.

Gym
In the gym, Strib and Middelfart Gym, you have ample opportunity to get in shape. We offer a wide range of training facilities and team offers for exercisers of all ages. Everything from Aquagym, spinning to jumping is possible. With us, as a member you get much more than fitness with i.a. swimming pool, bowling, sqaush, table tennis, badminton. We offer 1 free trial lesson with an instructor who will help you prepare a personal training program, so you get off to a good start and get good inspiration for your training. If you want to make do with our various forms of team training, it is possible to buy a clip card for this. We also offer the opportunity to buy a course with an individual dietitian or an 8-week course on the team "Boost", which unfortunately has limited space.
