Fishing in the Little Belt

From the fishing grounds at Hagenør you can catch the fish that are typically fished for in the Little Belt. Flatfish can be caught in areas with a sandy bottom, as well as hornfish and mackerel in season. It is also possible to catch cod. The area is part of the Lillebælt Nature Park. Fishing from the bridge at Hagenørvej

At Hagenørvej there is a nice fishing spot where you can fish from the bridge. The fishing spot is located at the end of Hagenørvej, close to the nature area's parking lot, and is a classic coastal spot from which you can fish in relatively deep water in the Little Belt. In autumn, "stand fish" often stay around the bridge.

Fishing from Hagenør's cliffs

Do you follow the area's yellow, marked walking route you come to Hagenør's cliffs, from where there is good fishing for flatfish on the sandy bottom of the coast.

Fishing area next to Damgård

If you continue along the coast past the cliffs, you will come to a fishing area, which is located next to Damgård. In this area there are very few fishermen.
