Enjoy the beautiful view of the Little Belt and the old. Lillebæltsbro from Søbadet.
The lake bath is built on "Krupps Plads", where in a huge hall in connection with the construction of the Little Belt Bridge sandblasted and painted the steel beams that were sailed here from the German Krupp Group.
The lake bath was built in 1935 and the nostalgic yellow wooden building has since been restored and is used today by i.a. the scouts.
The beach at Søbadet is narrow and only 80 m long. It is often used by divers, because the water here gets deep relatively quickly and from here you can e.g. make the longest wall dive in the Little Belt.
There is a nice green area down to the beach with tables and benches, and on the opposite side of the Søbadsbygningen there is parking and toilet.
