Cancelation rules


As a general rule, a customer can cancel an arrangement free of charge up to 60 days before the agreed start date. However, it is necessary to cancel the arrangement 90 days before, if it uses more than 50% of the hotel capacity, and/or the conference room’s capacity. In this last case, the customer will have to pay 25% of the total amount set in the first place.
In case of a cancelation that takes place less than 60 days but more than 30 days before the start date planned, it is needed to pay 40% of the total agreed in the first place.
If the cancelation takes place less than 30 days before the start date planned, the customer will have to pay 75% of the total agreed in the first place.
When speaking of cancelling, which always needs to be done in a written form, it contains annulment, reduction, shortening, redeployment and similar significant changes in relation to the confirmation. However, a cancelation or reduction of up to 10% of the number of participants given in the first place, can be done free of charge, if it is done 24 hours before the start of the event. The cancelation / replacement fee will expire in the amount it is sold to other customers. Confirmation of the event:  Every booking will become valid after the customer receives a written confirmation by Best Western KRYB·I·LY.
